The hotel with spotless rooms, in a green area, close to nice park. Overall a very good stay for business trip.

had real good stay for business trip with extremely friendly staff and magnificent location opposite the messe. last time i stopped, had reasonably large room on the lower floors. location: the hotel was adjacent to the airport and all the nice restaurants and close to public transport and motorway and bakeries.

Had a well-appointed room on the lower floors for a very good stay during a business trip. the hotel is comfortable and offers an excellent location across from the Messe. - It is just a 10-minute walk from the Botanischer Garten Grugapark. - the hotel is conveniently located just off the Essen exhibition center.

Location was perfect for the event in the grugahalle, no problems with extra bed request, very polite staff.

Excellent breakfast, nice & clean hotel. Parking within the hotel, but is not free: 9 euro per day. Renting bikes are for free ...

... but the maintenance of the free bikes could be better.

The staff was excellent. Lovely breakfast and excellent coffee. Fitness room with free weights. Pleasant stay, would stay again. Close proximity to Messe Essen. Limited free parking available.

The rooms are very nice, modern minimalistic. The staff are friendly and very service minded. All in all, a great stay.

Loved the convenient underground/motorway connections, and exploring the nearby city center with its countless restaurants. Also, the hotel's terrace and dry cleaning services were sooo exciting!

Oh, and let's not forget the joy of having to search for parking while staying at the hotel. So much fun!

We loved this hotel for its really good cleanliness and wonderful hotel facilities. The parking was easy, and getting around via metro was a piece of cake. Plus, the proximity to the convention center and lovely park made our stay more fun. The complimentary breakfast was great, and the staff provided excellent service throughout our entire stay.

The hotel is located right on top of the convention center and has easy access to the main subway station, making it a great location for business or leisure travelers. Rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds, newly renovated bathrooms, and big flat-screen TVs. the breakfast is plentiful, with a wide selection of fresh and delicious foods.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. The hotel's location was perfect, directly opposite the exhibition center and right next to the subway station, making it easy for me to explore the city. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all the basic amenities I needed. And I must mention the delicious breakfast spread - plenty of options to start my day off right. One detail I loved was the option to rotate the TV in the room, allowing me to watch it from both the bed and the sofa. Such attention to detail!

The breakfast had a great variety of food and drinks, including freshly squeezed orange juice and made-to-order eggs. The location was perfect for our New Year celebrations, with easy access to public transportation and walking distance to shops and restaurants. the fitness room was well-equipped and open 24 hours, allowing for flexibility in our workout routine.

The internet connection was unreliable and slow, making it difficult for us to stay connected with loved ones during the holidays. some of the staff seemed less than enthusiastic about assisting us with our needs, which made us feel unwelcome at times.
